INSTYLE LAUNCHES FIRST BEST BEAUTY BUYS APP

Fashion and beauty bible InStyle has launched its first app for its Best Beauty Buys Awards. In association with John Lewis, the app is free and available on iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry.

Enabling users to browse the 100 award-winning products anytime, the app takes the hard work out of trying, testing and shopping the busy aisles of the beauty halls. InStyle’s Best Beauty Buys app is the definitive guide to must-buy products with winners selected by 151 industry experts, including celebrity stylists.

Half the winning products are available to purchase via the app from the John Lewis website. The app will also be updated with content and news each month and will inform users of Best Beauty Buys events in John Lewis stores.

InStyle and John Lewis will promote the app on their websites, newsletters and through social media, alongside advertising pages in InStyle and Look.

InStyle’s Best Beauty Buys Awards are classed as the Oscars of the beauty industry. The Awards – announced in January – were sponsored by John Lewis. InStyle Best Beauty Buys app is available to download now.
