Room must be clear within one hour of the close of the booking period or by 13:30 for morning bookings.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required with a balance invoice sent post-event.
Cancellation
Notifcation must be given and charges may be applicable in addition to lost deposit.
Booking
Up to two provisional dates can be held for up to seven days.
Room details
One large space with a removable wall separating presentation and kitchen areas.
Kitchen
We provide a fully-fitted kitchen for your use. Crockery is available to hire if required.
Furniture
We can offer the large space furnished as standard or empty.
Styling
The room is a blank canvas and a hanging rail is fitted to aid room dressing.
Invitations
You should invite your guests initially and we can send a reminder for you.
AV and IT
Standard AV equipment and Wi-fi is complimentary.
