Guitar & Bass – IPC Country & Leisure Media's highly established musicians' title – is unveiling an exciting redesign with its August issue.
Following in-depth focus group research, editorial development and complete creative re-working, the magazine now truly reflects the needs of the increasing popular guitar market.
As well as an improved masthead and new-look cover, the redesigned Guitar & Bass introduces more equipment reviews – a favourite with Guitar & Bass readers – more songs to learn than ever before, plus a raft of new features covering vintage guitars, self-build projects and recording and live workshops.
There's a fresh approach to the music news pages and record reviews and there will be more varied bass content than ever before. The magazine will also continue to feature all the latest on the top new bands, classic artists and great guitar heroes.
Editor Marcus Leadley says: “Guitar music has never been so popular and more people are taking up the instrument than ever before. In response to these exciting times Guitar & Bass is turning the volume up to 11: a complete redesign, a whole bunch of new, must read features and the move to scoring all the kit on test means that Guitar & Bass is set to become the guitarists' bible and a must have buyers' guide.”
Guitar & Bass goes on sale June 23 with a cover price of £3.70.
