TV & SATELLITE WEEK GETS BRAND NEW LOOK
October 3, 2006
TV & Satellite Week, the UK's leading weekly guide for digital television, is revealing an exciting new look with its issue on sale from today.
The new look reinforces TV & Satellite Week's position as the clearest and most comprehensive television magazine for the modern multi-channel home.
Key developments in the new-look TV & Satellite Week include:
- An easy-to-use 'at-a-glance' TV planner covering the week's television, film and sport highlights.
- An enhanced film guide, including highlights of the week and a day-by-day guide to the best films across all channels.
- The first-ever dedicated football TV guide giving information on all the week's live matches. This, combined with the magazine's comprehensive A-Z sports planner, puts TV & Satellite Week ahead of any other TV weekly for sports coverage.
- Redesigned listings, covering more than 100 channels and delivering significantly improved clarity and ease of navigation.
- A new masthead, which is clearer and easier to read, mirroring the rest of the redesign.
Editor Jonathan Bowman says: “We're delighted with
TV & Satellite Week 's new look, which is more modern and bright and, most importantly, makes the magazine even easier to use. The developments have researched extremely well with readers and we're confident that they're going to love it.”
The new look is the second significant editorial redesign from IPC tx, following the successful relaunch of
TVTimes earlier this year.
At the latest round of ABCs,
TV & Satellite Week was up 2.3% period-on-period to 211,822 – making it clearly the biggest digital TV magazine in the UK.
